The official date of this census was 1 Jan 1920. Also living in the household were his wife, recorded as Lena Stodden (given age 59), his daughter, recorded as Lucial Stodden (given age 23). Nick and Lena were farming in South Dakota at this time with the help of a hired hand. Their daughter Lucy still lived with them.8
