     In the name of God, amen. I Eva Theis of the town of Benton in the County of Carver, and State of Minnesota, of the age of Seventy two years, and being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare, this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say
     First, I give and bequeath to my daughter Maria Elizabeth Sontheim born Theis the sum of Two hundred dollars $200.00 in money and also the bed and all the bed tops belonging to it, a wollen dress, a calico dress, two linen bedsheets, a cloth cap, and a cloth cover. Second, I give and bequeath to the son of my daughter Maria Elizabeth Sontheim born Theis- Daniel N. Sontheim the sum of Thirty dollars $30.00 in money- Third I give and devise to the children of my daughter Elizabeth Mohrbacher born Theis. Catharine Mohrbacher, Clementine B. Mohrbacher, Maria Mohrbacher and John Mohrbacher the sum of One hundred and eighty six dollars $186.00 in money to be divided equally between them share and share alike. And lastly I give and bequeath the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate, goods + chattels of whatever nature or kind soeven to my heir. I hereby appoint sole execrutix of this my last will and testament- I further appoint for administrator A.C. Laken? to fulfill and execute my above mentioned last will. I further devise that above mentioned Maria Elizabeth Sontheim shall have the benefit of interest of the above mentioned sum of two hundred dollars $200.00 till her children are of age, and then the sum shall be equally divided between them. And also do I devise that A.C. Laken is hereby appointed Guardian over the above mentioned sum of one hundred and eighty six dollars $186.00 given to the children of my daughter Elizabeth Mohrbacher- Catharina, Clementine B., Maria, and John Mohrbacher till they are of age. In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty three.
