He was the son of John Rospert and Anna Veronica Hamm
BaptismHe was baptized on 23 May 1892 in Assumption Church, located in Reed Township, Seneca County, Ohio.1 
Mlt WW I draft reg*He registered for the WWI draft on 5 June 1917 in Reed Township, Seneca County, Ohio. At the time of registration, he was a farm hand working on a farm in Scipio Siding.2 
Mlt WWI*Theodore served in the American Expeditionary Forces during the Great War (World War I) between 1918 and 1919. He enlisted in Seneca County, Ohio on 22 Jul 1918 and served from 13 Oct 1918 to 29 July 1919. He received an honorable discharge on 5 Aug 1919.. 
Marriage*Theodore married Emilia Frances Frisch, daughter of Joseph Frisch and Anna Maria Hahl, on 20 January 1920 in Sts. Peter & Paul Church, located in Attica, Seneca County, Ohio.3 
Census 1930*Theodore was listed as the head of household on the 1930 Census recorded 14 April 1930 in Sherman Township, Huron County, Ohio. The official date of this census was 1 Apr 1930. Also living in the household were his wife, recorded as Emilia Frances Frisch. Theodore was farming in Sherman township with his young family.4 
Death*Theodore died on 17 March 1963 in Bellevue, Huron County, Ohio, at age 70. He died in the Beibricker Home in Bellevue after an extended illness. He had been a resident of the Beibricker Home for the past four years.5,3 
Burial*He was buried on 20 March 1963 in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, located in Lyme Township, Huron County, Ohio. The funeral was held at Immaculate Conception Church, with the Rev. Albert Bishop officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. The Foos Funeral Home handled the arrangements.5,3
