JOPLIN
     Jacob F. Bischoff, 64, died about midnight Tuesday at the house of his daughter, Miss Mary Bischoff in Joplin, after an illness of about a year. He had been with his daughter in Joplin since December, taking treatments.
     Funeral services will be held Friday morning from St. Mary's church, in charge of Rev. Father Wm. A. Vogel. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery under the direction of the Kessell funeral home.
     The body was brought to the Kessell funeral home and prepared for burial and was taken to the family home near Wentworth Wednesday afternoon.
     Mr. Bischoff was born in Monroeville, Ohio, November 6, 1872, and came to Missouri at the age of sixteen. He was married to Miss Martha A. Fenske October, 25, 1898. He had lived on a farm a mile and a half east of Wentworth all his married life.
     He is survived by the widow of the home; a daughter, Miss Mary Bischoff of Joplin; a son, Ben Bischoff of near Wentworth; a sister, Mrs. Anna Schiska of Omaha, Nebr., two brothers Joe Bischoff of Wentworth and John Bischoff of Monroeville, Ohio and three grandchildren.
