BUGG, Georgina Velten

BUGG Georgina Velten, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, October 16,at Saint Luke's Hospital, Kansas City. She was 57 years old. Georgina is the daughter of Peg and Joe Velten, both deceased. She is survived by her husband Timothy Bugg, daughters Marci Currans Taylor and Lauren Bugg, grandchildren Jordan, Joshua and Abigail Taylor and sisters Chris Latimer, Toni Sorrell and Micki Springer. Georgina's strong faith in God has always kept her an active and devoted church member, most recently at St. Charles United Methodist Church in Destrehan, Louisiana. Visitation will be at the Ware Funeral Home, Cynthiana, Kentucky, Friday, October 21, from 6 to 8 P.M. Funeral services will be at 10 A.M. on Saturday, October 22, at the First United Methodist Church in Cynthiana. Burial will be at the Pythian Grove Cemetery in Berry. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Missions Fund of St. Charles United Methodist Church, Ormond Blvd., Destrehan, Louisiana 70047 or to a special memorial fund at the Heart of America Scout Council, 10210 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64131 to benefit the needs of challenged and disadvantaged scouts.
