Know all men by these Presents, that I John Osborn of the County of Erie and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Forty three Hundred ($4300) Dollars, in hand paid by George Boos of the same place have bargained and sold, and do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said George Boos his heirs and assigns forever, the following premises, situate in the county of Erie in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Huron and bounded as follows:

"Being Lot No. 29 Sec. 2 except forty (40) acres off the south side of said Lot which ever sold by me to John Dildine and except twelve (12) acres in the N.E. Corner of said lot which leaves Fifty-nine (59) acres in said lot which Fifty-nine (59) acres I sell to George Boos his heirs and assigns, also (13) Thirteen acres in the S.W. Corner of Lot No. 30 Sec. 2 in all Seventy-two acres of land, the same more or less. Hereby granting to George Boos all my rights against the Rail Road nearby said property.
